Multichannel Sequence
One hypothesis → the anchor, the capacity math, an email track, a LinkedIn track, and a measurement plan with an honest denominator.
npx skills add victor-shulga/outbound-engine-skills/skills/sequence-writerWhat it does
Turns one hypothesis — ICP × signal × offer — into a cold sequence across email and LinkedIn. It picks the anchor before writing a word, refuses to produce copy on a list where fewer than 10% of accounts carry one, sizes the campaign against real sending capacity instead of the size of the market, and never asks for a call.
Input and output
Key features
- Three anchors: signal, data-point, segment insight
- Gate stops the run when the list carries no anchor
- Capacity math sizes the campaign before the segment
- No call, no calendar link anywhere in a cold sequence
- Four emails plus a close, compressed to the signal window
- LinkedIn: a 120–180 char note, three touches, not four
- Benchmarks per anchor type, denominator stated
