The GTM Strategist
A 13-step cold-audit that turns an agency's URL into a full go-to-market strategy and a 30-90-180 action plan.
npx skills add victor-shulga/gtm-strategy-skillsWhat it does
From just a website, it diagnoses the agency's growth stage, then builds ICP, market sizing, competitor and gap analysis, stage-gated positioning, value proposition, offers, buyer journey, and a materials / channels / docs plan — ending in a 30-90-180 action plan. Stage-adaptive, checkpointed, and it writes every artifact to Notion.
